Return & Exchange Policy (No Returns, Exchange Only for Defects)
At BLUSHY MOO, we take great care in crafting each piece of our kids’ ethnic wear with precision and love. Since our products are often customized to your preferences, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide an exchange under specific conditions.
Exchange Policy
We allow exchange only if the product meets any of the following conditions upon delivery:
1. Arrives torn, damaged, or defective.
2. Is soiled or dirty upon receipt.
3.Does not match the detailing specified in your order.
Important Notes:
- The exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery via email i.e – support@blushymoo.com or whatsapp @ 9813630203.
- The product should be unused, unwashed, and with original packaging & tags.
- We may require photo/video proof of the defect before approving an exchange.
- If eligible, we will replace the item with a new one of the same design.
No Return Policy
Since our outfits are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:
1. Change of mind or personal preference.
2.Incorrect size selection by the customer.
3.Minor color variations due to screen differences.
4.Slight handmade imperfections that do not affect usability.
📩 How to Request an Exchange?
1. Email us at support@blushymoo.com or WhatsApp 9813630203 within 2 days of delivery.
2. Attach clear photos/videos of the issue.
3. Our team will review the request, work on it and confirm if an exchange is approved.
Shipping Costs for Exchange
- If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
- If the issue does not meet our exchange criteria, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
